Role Overview

Legacy Emirates is welcoming applications for a front-facing Receptionist & Customer Service Agent to anchor its regional office interactions. The position demands a balanced blend of public relations, inbound inquiries management, and daily clerical workflows, serving as the central point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal administrative departments.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Manage the main reception area, welcoming arriving guests and providing corporate front-desk hospitality.

  • Oversee inbound communication channels, addressing public customer service queries and routing detailed messages to appropriate business units.

  • Maintain organized administrative records and update customer databases using core office software.

  • Coordinate routine front-office logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day workplace operations and client meeting setups.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Technical Frameworks: Practical operating familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for compiling summaries and updating internal documents.

  • Core Competencies: Polished verbal and written communication skills paired with a presentable and professional business appearance.

  • Geographic Mandate: Candidates must currently be living inside the United Arab Emirates.

  • Onboarding Speed: Direct and immediate availability to commence employment is a core operational requirement.
