Job Summary

Mirage Capital Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Quality Assurance Officer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality lead management processes across Sales and Leasing operations, improving CRM data entry accuracy, and identifying process gaps to maximize conversion rates and operational efficiency.

Primary Accountabilities

• Monitor and audit lead handling processes across Sales and Leasing teams.

• Contact clients directly to verify service quality, agent professionalism, and response times.

• Ensure all active leads are accurately updated, coded, and tracked within the CRM system.

• Audit and follow up on unassigned, delayed, or inactive customer leads.

• Support lead redistribution workflows to optimize conversion opportunities.

• Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead quality, agent response performance, and CRM compliance.

Core Competencies

• Industry Expertise: Experience working within the UAE real estate sector is highly preferred.

• Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with CRM databases and real estate lead management tracking tools.

• Technical Skills: Strong analytical, administrative documentation, and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-verification abilities.
