Operating remotely, this professional will evaluate both AI-generated and human-reviewed learning resources, establish rigorous quality assurance frameworks, and partner with content creation teams to optimize digital publishing workflows.

Main Duties

  • Design and execute structured quality assurance processes across AI-driven and traditional educational content pipelines.

  • Review courseware for subject matter accuracy, formatting consistency, instructional efficacy, copyright readiness, and digital accessibility standards (WCAG/Section 508).

  • Audit AI-generated outputs to detect factual inaccuracies, halllucinations, outdated references, and pedagogical gaps.

  • Validate content metadata, subject taxonomy tags, and search classifications to maintain structured digital resource cataloging.

  • Analyze recurring content errors, build QA rubrics, and deliver data-driven feedback to refine AI prompts and editorial guidelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Instructional Design, or a closely aligned discipline.

  • Professional Background: 3 or more years running content quality audits, instructional design reviews, or digital publishing QA workflows.

  • AI Competency: Practical experience evaluating or auditing AI-generated copy, paired with a solid grasp of LLM limitations and quality risks.

  • Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience navigating Content Management Systems (CMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Agile/Sprint production environments.

  • Core Aptitudes: High-level editorial precision, strong analytical reasoning, and clear cross-functional communication traits.
