Role Overview
A premier intelligent orchestration platform focused on DevSecOps is seeking a high-caliber Senior Executive Assistant to support two critical VP-level leaders within the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) organization. This strategic role requires outstanding organizational capabilities and communication skills to manage complex executive operations, calendars, and cross-functional coordination across global, distributed teams.
Primary Accountabilities

Deliver high-level administrative support to the VP of Global Solution Architects and the VP of High Velocity Sales & Sales Development.

Architect and manage complex executive calendars across multiple international time zones, actively triaging competing meeting requests.

Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel logistics, preparing detailed itineraries and managing real-time schedule adjustments.

Plan large-scale team events, including executive off-sites, organizational kickoffs, and remote team-building initiatives.

Support the talent pipeline by coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate communications, and smoothing executive onboarding processes.

Consolidate monthly corporate expense tracking reports using dedicated operational tools in compliance with internal policies.
Core Competencies

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Technical Ecosystems: Full operational proficiency across Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and automated expense management systems (such as Navan).

Operational Skillset: Mastery of executive time management, international travel logistics, recruitment workflows, and independent cross-functional problem-solving.
