Role Overview

TXTK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associate to join its growing tax advisory team in Dubai. This position is structured for professionals eager to build a long-term career in UAE taxation, offering structured training and professional guidance to help the successful candidate master practical applications of regional VAT and Corporate Tax frameworks.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Assist the senior advisory division with day-to-day UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance activities and formal file submissions.

  • Gather, review, and organize client financial statements and baseline tax documentation to guarantee complete verification.

  • Establish clear communication lines with external corporate clients to collect required fiscal metrics and supporting receipts.

  • Research evolving UAE tax authority regulations and apply statutory updates to routine compliance files.

  • Monitor upcoming tax filing schedules, maintain accurate internal registers, and minimize documentation backlogs.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a closely related academic discipline.

  • Core Competencies: Clear, baseline understanding of general bookkeeping principles, financial tracking methods, and tax frameworks.

  • Interpersonal Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, sharp organizational habits, and a positive mindset focused on independent professional learning.

  • Preferred Assets: Practical internship or working experience inside a specialized regional tax advisory, accounting house, or corporate audit consultancy.
