This US-based remote role is designed for a detail-oriented professional capable of navigating Pacific Time Zone business hours, managing lead outreach, and maintaining tight CRM documentation.

Main Duties

  • Execute consistent email outreach and maintain professional correspondence flows with prospective clients.

  • Manage corporate calendar logistics, including the scheduling, confirmation, and real-time adjustment of appointments.

  • Conduct targeted prospect research using sales intelligence tools to identify key decision-makers and organizational needs.

  • Input and maintain granular, accurate data logs within the internal CRM platform regarding lead interests and status updates.

  • Conduct direct phone outreach to potential customers to drive interest and secure consultation appointments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Professional Background: 1–2 years of prior experience in administrative support, appointment setting, or client-facing roles.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent, professional-tier verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

  • Infrastructure Requirements: A stable, high-speed internet connection for video conferencing, a reliable computer, and a professional-grade audio headset for outbound calling.

  • Availability: Consistent full-time availability, 5 days per week, strictly aligned with the 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time shift.

  • Core Aptitudes: High organizational capacity, CRM database proficiency, and the confidence to handle professional sales engagement.
