Porch Group is looking for a structured Virtual Assistant I to provide specialized remote front-desk and operational coordination for its ACC team networks. This remote role acts as a primary communication junction, tasked with managing multi-channel client inquiries, distributing price quotes for home inspection services, maintaining strict calendar scheduling records, and logging accurate data profiles across various tech systems.

Main Duties

  • Field and process incoming phone calls, customer text networks, and corporate email inboxes for assigned companies.

  • Deliver accurate service pricing estimates and strategically promote home inspection offerings to inbound prospects.

  • Organize and lock down scheduling details utilizing advanced calendar management and online booking software.

  • Input comprehensive operational details, case notes, and client contact profiles across multiple cloud platforms.

  • Align day-to-day operations with established company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining exceptional service quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

  • Bilingual Skillset: Professional fluency in English combined with verified bilingual proficiency in a secondary language.

  • Technical Frameworks: Smooth navigation of digital communication tools, chat frameworks, data entry systems, and web-based business tools.

  • Core Competencies: Sharp multi-tasking skills, accurate note-taking habits, strong situational problem-solving abilities, and high comfort with prolonged desktop computer use.
