Role Overview

A growing firm in a dynamic trading environment is looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join its team at its Dubai offices. The role focuses on handling client interactions efficiently, responding to inquiries via phone and face-to-face communication, and providing detailed information regarding corporate services and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries through telephonic channels and face-to-face interactions.

  • Provide clear, detailed information regarding corporate services, workflows, and internal company policies.

  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure comprehensive issue resolution and client satisfaction.

  • Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and direct referrals.

  • Maintain clean system logs of client communications using internal customer service tracking tools.

Core Competencies

  • Experience Profile: 1–2 years of working background inside a sales desk, call center environment, or retail customer support space.

  • Communication Skills: Mandatory fluency in professional English; additional languages are considered an asset.

  • Technical Aptitude: Practical proficiency using standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic customer service tools.

  • Interpersonal Traits: Strong problem-solving capabilities, a positive attitude, and a distinctly customer-oriented mindset under pressure.
