Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month + Incentives (Pay up to AED 3,500 listed under breakdown)

Experience Required: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a call center environment preferred

Role Overview

Titans Capital Real Estate is looking for a confident, results-driven Tele Caller to join its growing sales team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outbound calling campaigns.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients from provided lead networks.

  • Qualify potential leads based on specific parameters including buyer interest, budget limits, and purchasing intent.

  • Coordinate, schedule, and log follow-up appointments directly for the property sales division.

  • Manage and clean accurate data points relating to calls, leads, and tracking metrics within the internal CRM.

  • Follow up systematically on real estate inquiries streaming from marketing operations (Meta, web, and walk-ins).

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly outbound call and lead-qualification targets.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English; command of additional languages is a distinct advantage.

  • Core Competencies: Comfortable operating within target-driven environments and showing resilience when handling professional objections.

  • Systems Proficiency: Basic computer competencies, specifically regarding CRM tracking software, Microsoft Excel, and email operations.

  • Professional Attributes: Self-motivated mindset, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic suited for a high-intensity office floor.
