Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 6,000 per month + Attractive Bonus & Commission

Role Overview

An expanding company is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associates to join its team in person at its Dubai office. The role focuses on communicating with potential clients, introducing corporate products or services professionally, and presenting investment opportunities to prospective clients while hitting target metrics.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Connect with prospective clients through outbound telephonic communication channels.

  • Deliver professional, articulate introductions regarding the company’s product line and service structures.

  • Present structured investment opportunities clearly to qualified prospective leads.

  • Build and maintain deep client partnerships established on trust, confidentiality, and long-term confidence.

  • Coordinate with team leads to achieve individual sales benchmarks and broader group objectives.

  • Skill Set: Strong baseline selling, commercial communication, and client service capabilities.

  • Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented personality, high personal confidence, strong attention to detail, and a quick learning curve.

  • Linguistic Profile: Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage; Malayalam and Hindi speakers are highly preferred.

  • Availability: Prepared to start work immediately under an in-person, full-time operational schedule.
