Position Profile

A premier ladies salon brand in Dubai is orchestrating an open-day hiring event for a polished and client-centric Salon Receptionist. Acting as the central ambassador for the facility, this front-of-house professional will synchronize client appointments, drive retail product sales, handle direct guest relations, and oversee cash desk operations.

Main Duties

• Orchestrate the front-desk guest experience, greeting patrons warmly and coordinating incoming beauty or styling salon bookings.

• Drive retail transaction metrics by actively cross-selling luxury hair and skin care inventory to patrons during checkout loops.

• Supervise the salon telephone lines and digital communication systems, managing calendar updates to maximize daily stylist utilization.

• Direct daily cash handling, secure card transactions, branch invoicing, and ledger summaries for evening administrative oversight.

• Maintain clean, organized reception lounges to match premium aesthetic guidelines and represent the salon brand effectively.

• Industry Experience: Direct operational exposure handling front-desk transactions and booking pipelines inside a beauty salon or wellness spa infrastructure.

• Aesthetic & Soft Skills: Highly presentable appearance paired with a customer-first mindset and fluent interpersonal communication traits.

• Geographic Baseline: Candidates must be currently residing within Dubai and available for immediate workforce integration.
