This position plays a vital role in supporting daily warehouse activities by ensuring accurate data entry, shipment tracking, and documentation throughout the freight handling process. Primary Accountabilities

Input and update complete shipment profiles, capturing item specifications, shipper details, piece counts, and weights.

Generate and manage tracking reference numbers for incoming freight shipments.

Review incoming freight handling guidelines provided by clients via electronic correspondence.

Cross-check data strings against physical shipping manifests to preserve complete inventory records.

Touch base with floor teams to cross-verify physical cargo receipt against incoming logistics entries.

Organize digital and paper document logs following processing workflows.
Skills & Experience Required

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent qualification (Logistics or supply chain training is an advantage).

Technical Aptitude: Strong data input speeds with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computerized database platforms.

Core Competencies: Basic familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), data validation methods, and freight record upkeep.

Authorization: Valid legal authorization to work in the United States without future corporate visa sponsorship requirements.
