Position Profile

Four B Logistics is hiring an experienced Operations Logistic Manager to lead its freight forwarding division at Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA). Managing end-to-end air and sea freight logistics, this leadership role oversees customs clearance processes, enforces strict compliance with regional regulations, and coordinates multi-modal shipment workflows alongside international agents and internal operational teams.

Main Duties

  • Direct full-cycle freight forwarding operations across air and ocean logistics routes, ensuring timely shipment delivery.

  • Oversee corporate interactions with Dubai Trade platforms, UAE Customs authorities, and free zone compliance officers.

  • Audit and approve critical shipping records, including certificates of origin, bills of lading, airway bills, and export clearance filings.

  • Liaise with commercial clients, ocean carriers, air cargo brokers, and regional transport vendors to streamline supply chain movements.

  • Guide daily team workflows, resolve operational delays, and refine cargo routing strategies to meet strict service level agreements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional Background: Robust supervisory track record across freight forwarding, shipping, and import/export operations within the UAE.

  • Domain Mastery: In-depth technical familiarity with DAFZA operations, Dubai Trade portals, UAE Customs frameworks, and global freight documentation.
