Role Overview

The Canadian Medical Center (CMC) is conducting a multi-position recruitment initiative to strengthen its clinical and business operations divisions in Abu Dhabi. The medical center is seeking dedicated professionals across five distinct areas—spanning medical practitioners, rehabilitation staff, business growth personnel, frontline nursing care, and corporate human resources management.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Clinical Roles (GP, Nurse, Physiotherapist): Deliver evidence-based patient evaluations, execute specialized therapeutic or medical treatments, and manage precise electronic medical records in compliance with Abu Dhabi healthcare standards.

  • Corporate Roles (HR Manager, Business Development): Architect institutional growth strategies, build patient networks, orchestrate internal workforce pipelines, and coordinate operational policies across the organization.

  • Partner fluidly within multidisciplinary team environments to champion top-tier patient experience standards.

  • Safeguard operational and clinical integrity by strictly observing local healthcare regulations and institutional compliance codes.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: A relevant academic Degree, technical Diploma, or specialized professional certification corresponding to the applied position.

  • Licensing: An active, valid professional practice license (such as DOH/HAAD where applicable for medical staff) is mandatory for all clinical candidates.

  • Interpersonal Traits: Clear verbal articulation, high cultural empathy, strong collaborative team habits, and an organized approach to service delivery.
