Role Overview

Gulf Bridge is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking Accountant to join its growing consulting team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and client relationship management who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic consulting environment.

Core Duties

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive accounting records for a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Prepare clear financial statements, management reports, and tax-related documentation.

• Advise clients directly on UAE accounting practices, VAT, and corporate tax regulations.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships through professional, ongoing communication.

• Utilize specialized accounting systems to input, track, and manage financial data efficiently.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Languages: Fluent Russian language skills combined with intermediate-level English proficiency are mandatory.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong command of general accounting principles and financial reporting. Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax is an advantage.

• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with FirstBit (1C), Microsoft Excel, Zoho, Google Sheets, or similar professional accounting software.

• Traits: Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and strong client account management abilities.
