Role Overview

Arch & Art Advertising Boards LLC is seeking a motivated Accountant to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as early-career professionals who are eager to build their experience in accounting, assist in daily financial record maintenance, and support basic reporting activities within a dynamic advertising and procurement environment.

Core Duties

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in regular bookkeeping activities.

• Support the preparation of basic financial reports, summaries, and statements.

• Handle invoice processing, verification, and corporate expense tracking.

• Assist in procurement-related accounting tasks and vendor documentation when required.

• Ensure data entry accuracy across all primary accounting systems.

• Support account reconciliation and maintain organized documentation files.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.

• Systems & Software: Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks is a distinct advantage.

• Preferred Experience: Prior exposure to procurement-related accounting processes will be considered an added advantage.
