Job Summary

A packaging manufacturing company based in Sharjah is seeking a qualified Accountant to manage its financial operations within the UAE. The selected candidate will handle daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, VAT compliance, and support audit activities while working with customs and free zone documentation.

Primary Accountabilities

• Manage day-to-day corporate accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Handle VAT filing procedures and ensure strict compliance with UAE tax regulations.

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, account reconciliations, and structural accounting records.

• Manage customs and free zone documentation and related logistics processes.

• Assist in the generation of monthly financial statements and support internal/external audit procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT compliance, customs procedures, and free zone accounting regulations.

• Software Proficiency: High proficiency in standard accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills with an eye for structural compliance.
