Position Profile

Trucare International LLC FZ is searching for an analytical, detail-driven Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations at its Business Bay office. The role focuses on processing daily transactions, executing balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining ledger hygiene, and compiling accurate month-end financial reporting packages in accordance with regional regulations.

Main Duties

  • Record daily financial entries and maintain complete, audit-ready accounting documents and files.

  • Execute general ledger reconciliations, analyze bank statements, and resolve transactional discrepancies.

  • Assist with month-end financial close-out workflows and prepare preliminary profit and loss statements.

  • Help monitor tax compliance and align daily operations with standard accounting frameworks and internal policies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional corporate departments to streamline purchase orders, payments, and expense reviews.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: CA Inter, B.Com, or M.Com degree.

  • Professional Background: At least 3 years of practical accounting experience within the UAE. Prior experience as an Article Assistant or background in an audit firm environment is highly beneficial.

  • Technical Frameworks: Solid working knowledge of localized accounting software platforms and advanced operations in Microsoft Excel.

  • Core Aptitudes: Firm grasp of financial accounting principles, local UAE tax reporting practices, and analytical data verification.

  • Availability: Must be a local, UAE-based applicant ready to work in Business Bay.
