Salary: AED 3,000 per Month

Role Overview

GBC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Clerk to become part of its Finance team based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with financial records, maintaining accuracy, and supporting daily accounting operations within a dynamic food manufacturing environment.

Core Duties

  • Record daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Process supplier invoices and customer payment receipts while supporting accounts payable and receivable tracks.

  • Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.

  • Maintain organized financial records, vouchers, and supporting corporate documentation.

  • Support VAT-related compliance documentation and month-end closing procedures.

  • Assist in maintaining production inventory and product costing records for manufacturing operations.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and UAE VAT requirements.

  • Software Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet management, and specialized accounting software applications.

  • Core Competencies: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proper time management, and a collaborative team attitude.
