This dual-focus position is designed for an organized professional capable of maintaining precise ledgers, managing petty cash, and aligning database tracking with physical warehouse operations.

Main Duties

  • Record daily business transactions, generate invoices, and organize essential financial documentation.

  • Manage petty cash reserves and compile accurate daily cash reports.

  • Log incoming customer payments and perform routine bank account reconciliations.

  • Support inventory accounting efforts by conducting periodic stock reconciliations.

  • Collaborate directly with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure seamless operational flow.

  • Prepare baseline management reports to support the broader finance department.
