Role Overview

A Dubai-based company is seeking an urgent hire for a male Accounts Assistant to join its financial operations team. This role handles daily transactional balances, tracks metrics, and manages general ledger entries. The company welcomes applications from international candidates currently residing in India who are ready to relocate.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Support daily accounting operations, bookkeeping records, and general ledger tracking.

  • Handle numbers, numerical data distributions, and financial records with high analytical precision.

  • Input financial information and generate reports using internal accounting software packages.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally within manufacturing or factory environments if assigned to production accounting.

  • Maintain organized documentation of corporate expenses, receipts, invoices, and accounting worksheets.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong conversational and professional communication skills in both English and Hindi.

  • Technical Aptitude: Excellent functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic modern accounting platforms.

  • Background Preference: Prior accounting experience within a production factory or industrial plant environment is highly preferred.
