Hashtag Startup is seeking a structured Accounts Assistant to join its financial operations team in Dubai. This position focuses on providing essential bookkeeping support, managing transactional records, navigating cloud-based accounting platforms, and ensuring general alignment with local corporate financial guidelines.

Main Duties

  • Process daily financial data entry tasks, ensuring accurate recording of payables, receivables, and operational expenses.

  • Utilize Zoho or equivalent online accounting software platforms to maintain up-to-date ledger balances.

  • Assist in compiling necessary documentation for VAT tracking and routine corporate tax compliance procedures.

  • Organize and file financial records, receipts, and invoices to support seamless reporting and audit preparation.

  • Coordinate with internal team members to address ledger queries and maintain clear operational transparency.

  • Location Status: Candidates must currently be residing in the United Arab Emirates to be considered.
