Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager

Job Vacancy Focus

PERED is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join its finance team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to contribute to the financial management of a growing real estate development company while supporting strategic business decisions.

Core Duties

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.

  • Analyze financial performance and prepare variance analysis reports.

  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and support internal and external audit processes.

  • Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and business presentations.

  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and overall profitability.

Core Competencies

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA are highly preferred.

  • Industry Background: Proven experience in the real estate or property development sector is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a distinct advantage.

  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of VAT compliance, financial analysis, accounting standards, and project cost management.
