Position Profile

A prominent UAE real estate development organization is seeking a qualified Assistant Finance Manager to join its corporate finance division in Dubai. The role is centered on driving structural project accounting, managing development cash flows, constructing budget forecasts, and ensuring strict compliance with local financial regulations across large-scale commercial and residential builds.

Main Duties

  • Supervise the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly management accounts.

  • Facilitate data consolidation for corporate budgeting, multi-year forecasting, and strategic financial planning models.

  • Monitor real-time treasury metrics and liquidity pools to optimize operational cash flow distribution across active projects.

  • Oversee full-cycle project accounting frameworks, tracking developer costs, construction draws, and vendor financial commitments.

  • Audit internal financial controls and execute updates to corporate accounting workflows to strengthen reporting accuracy and compliance.

  • Coordinate cross-departmental financial reviews with engineering, procurement, and asset management teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Credentials: Full Chartered Accountant (CA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification is strictly mandatory.

  • Industry Background: Deep background in real estate development finance, escrow account management, and project costing systems within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Core Aptitudes: Advanced analytical modeling, executive-level communication traits, and a clear understanding of UAE corporate tax and financial regulations.
