Role Overview
Revo Realty is expanding its operations and seeking ambitious, target-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join its growing team in Dubai. This position offers a pathway into the region’s premium property market, providing agents with access to luxury listings, professional training, and extensive back-office support to maximize client conversions and revenue generation.
Primary Accountabilities

Promote, market, and sell premium residential and commercial real estate assets across Dubai.

Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with international and local property investors and tenants.

Guide clients seamlessly through the end-to-end purchasing, selling, or leasing process, including contract explanation and closing steps.

Execute structured follow-up sequences on corporate marketing leads while proactively identifying fresh business development channels.

Track local property market valuations, regulatory shifting trends, and inventory changes to provide accurate client advisory services.

Professional Background: Prior transactional history in real estate is highly advantageous, though individuals demonstrating a high-performance sales record in alternative industries will be considered.
