Role Overview

Revo Realty is expanding its operations and seeking ambitious, target-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join its growing team in Dubai. This position offers a pathway into the region’s premium property market, providing agents with access to luxury listings, professional training, and extensive back-office support to maximize client conversions and revenue generation.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Promote, market, and sell premium residential and commercial real estate assets across Dubai.

  • Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with international and local property investors and tenants.

  • Guide clients seamlessly through the end-to-end purchasing, selling, or leasing process, including contract explanation and closing steps.

  • Execute structured follow-up sequences on corporate marketing leads while proactively identifying fresh business development channels.

  • Track local property market valuations, regulatory shifting trends, and inventory changes to provide accurate client advisory services.

Core Competencies

  • Professional Background: Prior transactional history in real estate is highly advantageous, though individuals demonstrating a high-performance sales record in alternative industries will be considered.

  • Negotiation & Strategy: Strong mastery of modern sales cycles, premium client service delivery, and persuasive closing methodologies.

  • Interpersonal Attributes: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the resilience to excel within a competitive commission-driven framework.
