Position Profile

Binghatti is expanding its customer experience division at its Dubai headquarters and is seeking talented professionals for multiple CRM and client-facing roles. These positions are designed for service-oriented professionals who will drive operational excellence across all customer touchpoints, managing account relationships, resolving intricate inquiries, and maintaining interaction records within a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties

  • Deliver exceptional client service across all communication channels to uphold corporate standards.

  • Manage, track, and update consumer interactions utilizing enterprise CRM databases.

  • Address and resolve incoming customer inquiries, service requests, and account updates efficiently.

  • Interface with cross-functional internal departments to elevate overall service quality and client retention.

  • Audit and maintain precise history logs, client profiles, and documentation within the central system.

  • Propose process optimizations to streamline communication channels and contact center workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Professional Background: Proven track record in customer experience, contact center operations, CRM environments, or front-line service leadership.

  • Industry Preference: Backgrounds developed within leading real estate developers, luxury retail brands, premium hospitality, or high-end fashion customer care ecosystems are highly preferred.

  • Core Aptitudes: Comprehensive command of CRM software configurations, mastery of customer care best practices, outstanding problem-solving skills, and refined interpersonal traits.
