  • Facilitate medical appointment scheduling, direct referral inquiries, and coordinate medication processing requests.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (requires background verification).

  • Professional Background: 6 months or more of active business experience, ideally in a call center, medical front office, or customer service environment.

  • Technical Frameworks: Solid knowledge of Windows PC operating systems, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams.

  • Hardware Mandates: Must possess or be able to provide two 22-inch monitors equipped with HDMI and DisplayPort connections for the remote workspace setup.
