Role Overview
Almadallah Healthcare Management is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Agent to join its operations team in Dubai. This position is strategically structured for professionals with a foundational background in medical sciences who want to leverage their domain knowledge to deliver high-quality client care, navigate health insurance coordination, and resolve patient inquiries within a fast-paced environment.
Primary Accountabilities

Process patient and client requests, delivering accurate data regarding medical services, network policies, and coverage queries.

Manage high-volume inquiries professionally across telephonic and digital channels in both Arabic and English.

Log, update, and maintain precise client files, medical support documentation, and system case histories.

Interface closely with internal clinical and claims management divisions to resolve intricate patient issues or approval roadblocks efficiently.

Enforce corporate client service protocols to ensure a smooth, supportive, and efficient healthcare experience for all stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in a Medical or Healthcare-related field is strictly mandatory.

Language Profiles: Flawless, professional verbal and written fluency in both Arabic and English.

Industry Background: Prior experience navigating customer care metrics, ideally inside a regional medical center, TPA (Third Party Administrator), or health insurance framework.

Interpersonal Traits: Clear emotional intelligence and patience when addressing patient concerns, coupled with strong cross-departmental coordination skills.
