Primary Accountabilities

  • Administer multi-layered calendars, coordinate operational commitments, and resolve high-priority scheduling friction points.

  • Orchestrate extensive international travel itineraries, private visa processing, luxury lodging assignments, and real-time logistical support networks.

  • Draft complex bilingual corporate correspondence, formulate structural meeting frameworks, and synthesize executive agendas before major board events.

  • Serve as an primary communications filter between external corporate stakeholders, global entities, and internal executive offices.

  • Protect and organize sensitive historical archives, private financial portfolios, and legal files with complete professional discretion.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Language Mastery: Total linguistic fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is mandatory.

  • Professional Background: 5 or more years of proven background working directly as a personal or executive assistant alongside C-suite corporate leaders or HNWIs.

  • Domain Strengths: Demonstrated expertise in corporate diary mapping, cross-border corporate travel coordination, and proactive executive problem-solving.
