Position Profile
Flomic Balikbayan Cargo is seeking an energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to support its growing team across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role serves as a key brand representative, assisting clients with balikbayan box bookings, answering logistics inquiries over digital channels, and occasionally utilizing social media live streaming to engage the community and promote shipping promotions.
Main Duties

Support customers with booking cargo collections, coordinating home pick-ups, and tracking the delivery of balikbayan boxes.

Manage high-volume incoming inquiries across phone lines, WhatsApp business queues, and official social media platforms.

Address and resolve shipping concerns, delivery delays, and customer feedback professionally.

Go live on company Facebook and TikTok channels to organically market services, explain current cargo rates, and drive customer acquisition.

Maintain organized client databases, update physical address profiles, and compile basic logistics reports for management.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Location: Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.

On-Camera Comfort: Confident, presentable, and energetic when presenting or speaking on social media live broadcasts (Facebook/TikTok).

Communication Skills: Excellent conversational English; fluency in Tagalog is a major asset given the key customer demographic.

Technical Savvy: General familiarity operating Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and smartphone communication tools.
