Position Profile

Velocity is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Success Admin to support its Customer Success department. Operating in a fully remote capacity, this role serves as a crucial administrative bridge between Customer Success Managers, Project Coordinators, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, accurate account setup, and high-quality service delivery.

Main Duties

  • Populate and audit complex Microsoft Excel spreadsheets tracking customer demographics, metrics, and technical configurations.

  • Direct customer location profiles and configure billing parameters inside internal CRM and ERP databases.

  • Bridge carrier service tickets with client tracking documents to coordinate end-to-end installation and maintenance data.

  • Assist in constructing contract agreements, hardware orders, and billing submissions for corporate review.

  • Monitor, assign, and track technical support queues to ensure quick resolution of client issues.

  • Provide general clerical assistance to Project Coordinators and Customer Success Managers as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: High School Diploma is required; an Associate Degree is preferred.

  • Professional Background: At least 1 year of experience in a customer success, administrative support, or logistics support role. Prior exposure to telecommunications or IT services is a strong asset.

  • Software Competence: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (data manipulation) and Outlook (inbox coordination).

  • Core Aptitudes: Excellent prioritization skills, professional and patient communication style, and a self-motivated approach to remote team participation.
