Position Profile

AIMS Healthcare is seeking an analytical Google Sheets Automation Specialist (MIS Executive) to support its Operations, HR, and Finance divisions. Based locally in Dubai, this role focuses on converting raw departmental data into streamlined, automated workflows. The specialist will design efficient tracking spreadsheets, build automated dashboard reports, and provide analytical insights to drive administrative decision-making.

Main Duties

  • Curate, organize, and update active business databases across Google Sheets and internal company portals.

  • Build custom automated reporting frameworks to eliminate redundant manual data entry across departments.

  • Generate and distribute structured daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc operational performance metrics.

  • Partner directly with HR, Finance, and IT managers to map out custom reporting templates and resolve system data bottlenecks.

  • Audit all shared sheets to preserve absolute data integrity, logic consistency, and strict client confidentiality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

  • Technical Frameworks: Mastery of advanced Google Sheets operations, including formulas like QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, VLOOKUP, and FILTER, alongside Pivot Tables and script-based automation.

  • Core Aptitudes: High attention to structural detail, robust analytical thinking, and the ability to organize complex data points into clean visual summaries.

  • Location Constraint: Applicants must already be residing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to be considered.
