Position Profile

Al Wasit Debt Collection LLC is expanding its operations team and onboarding energetic Debt Collectors to service its dedicated UAE banking and finance portfolios. Designed as an entry-level pathway, this position focuses on maintaining consistent client outreach, negotiating repayment schedules, updating financial communication logs, and resolving payment discrepancies under professional corporate parameters.

Main Duties

  • Engage overdue account holders via telephone to arrange timely collection solutions for delinquent balances.

  • Facilitate structured, respectful negotiations to secure structured payment agreements aligned with organizational compliance protocols.

  • Review, manage, and update client profile entries within the internal collections tracking system after every point of contact.

  • Handle consumer billing inquiries efficiently, offering clear information regarding current balances and payment paths.

  • Meet individual metrics and team quotas while operating within the established framework of UAE financial regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Language Capabilities: Exceptional spoken and written English communication traits are required to guide negotiation dialogs smoothly.

  • Core Aptitudes: High persistence, professional stress-tolerance, basic computer literacy, and strong negotiation potential.

  • Preferred Assets: While prior customer service, call center, or tele-sales experience is a competitive asset, it is not mandatory.
