Position Profile

Lotus Debt Management is looking for a bilingual Debt Management Counsellor to join its advisory operations in Dubai. This role focuses on delivering structured financial guidance to clients, analyzing individual financial health, designing strategic repayment or restructuring models, and navigating complex banking systems to help clients achieve long-term financial stability.

Main Duties

  • Conduct deep-dive financial assessments for clients to identify core liabilities and map out viable debt resolution avenues.

  • Architect customized debt consolidation roadmaps and comprehensive financial restructuring strategies.

  • Serve as the primary intermediary between clients, UAE financial institutions, and designated collection networks to negotiate terms.

  • Document client interactions, financial data points, and settlement progressions securely within internal tracking applications.

  • Deliver empathetic, clear advisory support to clients navigating complex financial circumstances.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: Complete professional fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is mandatory.

  • Domain Background: Robust working experience directly within UAE commercial banks or specialized collection frameworks, backed by a solid understanding of local lending rules.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related business discipline is highly preferred.

  • Core Competencies: Clear negotiation skills, sharp analytical verification capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial counseling frameworks.
