Salary: $30.00 – $60.00 per hour (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)

Position Profile

Mindr is seeking a motivated Digital Sales Associate to join its remote sales team representing the Intoxalock brand. In this role, you will manage warm inbound inquiries, consult with prospective customers in both English and Spanish, overcome objections, and finalize sales by coordinating product installations. This position is built for target-driven professionals who excel at relationship-building and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties

  • Engage warm inbound leads and prospects through phone, email, and digital chat channels.

  • Provide bilingual assistance (English/Spanish) to address client inquiries, establish product value, and guide them through the purchasing journey.

  • Finalize sales transactions and coordinate subsequent equipment installation appointments.

  • Follow up systematically with active prospects to maximize conversion rates and meet performance standards.

  • Align with sales leadership to continuously refine objection-handling techniques and streamline the sales cycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

  • Language Proficiency: Complete verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish is required to support a diverse customer base.

  • Technical Skills: Average typing speed of 30+ words per minute and familiarity with remote digital communication tools.

  • Core Aptitudes: High self-motivation to hit commission milestones, solid communication habits, and the ability to navigate dynamic, rapid-fire conversations.
