This position is built for individuals who want to break into the staffing industry, offering structured training and mentorship while allowing you to manage full-cycle candidate pipelines from your home office.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Source and discover potential applicants utilizing LinkedIn, specialized job boards, industry referrals, and internal applicant tracking networks.

  • Drive proactive candidate outreach sequences via telephone, email campaigns, text messaging, and professional social media networking.

  • Review candidate profiles, perform initial phone screens, and evaluate individual work histories against active job requirements.

  • Coordinate interview schedules between qualified applicants and internal hiring managers while maintaining clear communication throughout the onboarding cycle.

  • Log precise notes, candidate status changes, and pipeline velocity metrics directly inside company ATS/CRM tracking systems.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Core Aptitude: Highly organized, coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn full-cycle talent acquisition strategies under strict deadlines.

  • Communication Skills: Confident verbal and written presence during high-volume phone calls, professional emails, and face-to-face video interactions.

  • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable learning candidate sourcing systems, digital communication platforms, and applicant tracking systems.

  • Geographic Preference: Strong capacity to work independently in a fully remote setup; candidates based in Ohio (ideally near the Akron area) are highly preferred.
