Major Developments is looking for an imaginative Graphic Designer to join its creative marketing division. In this role, you will act as a key driver of visual storytelling, taking abstract ideas and turning them into highly engaging visual content that reinforces corporate branding across print, digital, and social media platforms.

Primary Duties

  • Produce visually striking layouts for a wide spectrum of digital and physical marketing collateral.

  • Develop aesthetic concepts that harmonize with established brand guidelines and strategic marketing goals.

  • Design and sequence social media graphics, corporate pitches, promotional slide decks, and external visual assets.

  • Coordinate directly with internal marketing teams to dissect design briefs and execute creative ideas.

  • Iterate and refine visual drafts based on constructive team reviews and project updates.

  • Track multiple active design requests, ensuring timelines are consistently met without compromising output quality.
