Job Vacancy Focus

The Legacy Homes Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong leadership capabilities and extensive knowledge of financial operations within the UAE real estate industry to oversee financial planning, compliance, and business analysis.

Core Duties

  • Lead financial planning, corporate budgeting, forecasting, and macro financial management activities.

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.

  • Ensure absolute compliance with UAE VAT regulations, WPS requirements, and other applicable financial laws.

  • Manage payroll processing, real estate sales commissions, cash flow, and working capital.

  • Prepare comprehensive MIS reports, corporate financial statements, and analytical charts for senior management.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining rigorous internal financial controls.

  • Support business strategy by providing financial insights to optimize profitability and operational performance.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Credentials: Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance will be a major advantage.

  • Industry Background: 5–8 years of finance experience, with a heavy preference for candidates coming out of the UAE real estate sector.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE VAT regulations, WPS compliance, payroll systems, financial reporting frameworks, and internal control structures.

  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, high-level analytical skills, organizational skills, and clear business communication.
