Position Profile

A well-established industrial corporation within the metal and manufacturing sector is seeking a qualified, strategic-minded Finance Manager to direct its regional financial operations. This leadership role involves managing daily cash flows, executing end-to-end accounting processes, and generating deep-dive cost analysis reports to ensure sustained profitability and strict regulatory compliance across the manufacturing framework.

Main Duties

• Govern all daily financial actions, directing operational budgets, short- and long-term forecasts, and cash flow structures.

• Compile and deliver detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executive leadership review.

• Maintain absolute compliance with IFRS accounting structures, UAE VAT requirements, and statutory tax obligations.

• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger audits, and corporate payroll distributions.

• Conduct rigorous cost accounting assessments, industrial inventory valuations, and production profitability analysis.

• Lead internal and external audit preparation, serving as the central point of contact for banking partners and government regulators.

• Define, launch, and monitor internal control protocols and company-wide financial policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Professional Credentials: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is strictly mandatory.

• Sector Background: 5 to 10 years of progressive financial tenure, with deep operational experience working inside the Metal, Steel, or heavy manufacturing industry.

• Technical Frameworks: Advanced capabilities utilizing Microsoft Excel alongside enterprise ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Regulatory Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of IFRS standards, corporate tax frameworks, and UAE VAT regulations.

• Leadership Traits: Excellent team management abilities, analytical problem-solving skills, and clear communication habits.
