Role Overview

Seven Seas Matrix Logistics Services LLC is looking for an experienced Freight Pricing Supervisor to join its dynamic logistics team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a skilled freight forwarding professional with strong expertise in pricing strategy and commercial operations across air, sea, and land transportation to develop competitive freight pricing solutions and negotiate with global carriers.

Core Duties

  • Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies for air, sea, and land freight services.

  • Negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines, NVOCCs, transport providers, and international agents.

  • Prepare accurate freight quotations and pricing proposals for commercial clients.

  • Analyze market trends to ensure competitive and profitable pricing structures.

  • Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams to support business development and monitor pricing performance.

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with logistics partners and global carriers.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL & LCL), and land transportation logistics.

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical, commercial, and carrier negotiation skills with a deep understanding of freight market dynamics and rate management.

  • Work Style: Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
