Role Overview

A logistics client in Abu Dhabi is seeking a strategic Group HR Manager to lead human resources operations across its enterprise infrastructure. The position anchors the entire employee lifecycle, focusing heavily on managing large-scale blue-collar workforce operations, driving human capital policies, guiding HR personnel, and securing absolute compliance with UAE Labour Law frameworks.

Primary Accountabilities

• Direct group-wide human resource divisions, driving administrative operations, talent deployment, and personnel retention models.

• Govern compliance architectures across all company policies, aligning daily workforce management actions with updated UAE Labour Law mandates.

• Oversee full-cycle labor administration, employee relations, and camp management logistics for a high-volume blue-collar labor pool.

• Coach, mentor, and evaluate sub-departmental HR specialists and administrative staff across regional offices.

• Architect and implement corporate HR policies, performance monitoring metrics, and employee relations frameworks that support scale.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study.

• Industry Background: Distinct background leading HR operations inside 3PL, cargo transportation, or heavy distribution environments (Male candidates preferred due to field site requirements).

• Core Aptitudes: Decisive leadership traits, advanced cross-cultural employee relations skills, and strong conflict resolution tools.

• Domain Expertise: Comprehensive mastery of statutory labor codes, visa processes, workforce capacity planning, and blue-collar welfare regulations.
