Job Summary
An established enterprise operating within the construction and contracting sector is urgently seeking an HR Assistant & Admin to join its human resources team in Abu Dhabi. The position focuses on facilitating daily personnel operations, driving active candidate sourcing channels, maintaining labor documentation, and managing vendor-related administrative correspondence.
Primary Accountabilities

Support daily human resources operations and handle core office administrative functions using digital tools.

Coordinate recruitment sequences, post open vacancies, screen applicant resumes, and conduct initial candidate profiling or screening calls.

Manage, verify, and organize confidential employee files and internal corporate records.

Support external vendor and subcontractor coordination pipelines to meet ongoing project needs.

Process, file, and track specialized documentation tied directly to construction business operations.
Skills & Experience Required

Industry Background: Must possess hands-on HR experience specifically working inside a UAE-based construction or contracting company.

Core Competencies: Practical background running CV screening setups, creating job ads, and using cold-calling methods to probe candidate qualifications.

Technical Infrastructure: Proficiency navigating Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and various AI tools built to automate or support daily administrative workflows.

Communication Traits: Strong English verbal and written communication skills paired with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational roles.

Preferred Assets: Active knowledge of standard UAE Labor Law frameworks and background managing vendor/supplier documentation.
