Role Overview

A well-established Tax Advisory and Business Consulting firm is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support its growing HR function. The selected candidate will oversee various stages of the employee lifecycle while ensuring absolute compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal corporate HR guidelines.

Primary Accountabilities

• Oversee routine, day-to-day corporate HR operations and administer the full employee lifecycle.

• Maintain complete employee files, compliance documents, and secure personnel records.

• Track staff attendance metrics and generate structured data inputs for monthly payroll processing.

• Coordinate complete new-hire onboarding programs, corporate data entry, and legal documentation.

• Address employee relations queries professionally while upholding internal company policies.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Legal Knowledge: Firm understanding of current UAE Labour Law regulations and statutory frameworks.

• Technical Aptitude: Practical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; hands-on experience using HRMS systems is considered an advantage.

• Core Competencies: Excellent organizational capabilities, high discretion with confidential data, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
