Job Summary

August75 Facilities Management Services LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources & PRO Manager to join its growing team in Sharjah. This dual-function leadership position will oversee end-to-end human resources operations while managing critical government relations, ensuring absolute alignment with regional workforce localization strategies and administrative compliance laws.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Spearhead full-cycle talent acquisition strategies and workforce deployment frameworks across organizational units.

  • Drive internal Emiratization initiatives and supervise the implementation and reporting of the national Nafis Program.

  • Design and execute proactive workforce engagement strategies to optimize employee retention and structural productivity.

  • Audit institutional KPI and KPA performance metrics to deliver data-driven workforce management reports.

  • Coordinate all corporate visa processing workflows and direct formal communications with MOHRE, GDRFA, and immigration authorities.

  • Maintain absolute alignment with shifting UAE Labor Laws, keeping secure personnel records and regulatory compliance archives.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License is strictly mandatory.

  • Domain Background: At least 5 years of verified professional history working directly within a manpower sourcing or recruitment services corporation.

  • Specialized Knowledge: Comprehensive expertise navigating national localization programs (Nafis), ministerial immigration systems, visa allocation channels, and employee performance tracking systems.
