Core Duties

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment.

  • Support users with system access, software applications, and technical queries.

  • Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and assist with routine maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and system updates.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Mobility: A valid UAE driving license and ownership of a personal vehicle are strictly required.

  • Availability: Must be available to join immediately.

  • Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows environments, hardware/software setup, and troubleshooting best practices. Familiarity with healthcare IT setups and ADHICS is considered a significant advantage.

  • Core Competencies: Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
