Job Summary

Mega Carpet Factory LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its growing team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career accounting professionals looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Assist with daily accounting operations and financial transactions.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and organize accounting documentation.

  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting entries.

  • Support payroll processing and bank reconciliation activities.

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and accounting statements.

  • Ensure accounting records are updated and maintained accurately.

  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates; candidates with relevant early-career accounting experience are also encouraged to apply.

  • Core Competencies: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial record keeping.

  • Technical Knowledge: Good grasp of financial documentation, invoicing procedures, and standard bank reconciliation.

  • Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Traits: Good communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work accurately in a team environment.
