Job Summary

Spadile is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance team in the UAE. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations within a dynamic work environment by supporting day-to-day bookkeeping, assisting in financial reporting, and contributing to record maintenance.

Primary Accountabilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate corporate financial records and bookkeeping activities.

• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.

• Handle high-volume data entry and ensure accounting systems are updated accurately.

• Assist in managing incoming invoices, outbound payments, and routine expense tracking.

• Support team workflows during month-end and year-end closing periods.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve routine finance-related inquiries.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of core accounting principles, standard bookkeeping practices, and introductory financial reporting.

• Software Proficiency: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with modern accounting software or ERP systems.

• Core Competencies: Strong analytical mind, sharp attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong willingness to learn.
