Salary: Estimated AED 7,000 – AED 10,000 Per Month

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years of UAE Experience (Logistics, Construction, or Infrastructure Preferred)

Role Overview

Ramah General Contracting & Transport LLC (RGCT) is seeking an experienced Logistics Accountant to join its team immediately. The successful candidate will manage financial activities related to transportation, inventory, and operational costs while monitoring logistics transactions, supporting month-end financial closing, and ensuring compliance with corporate internal controls.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Oversee all financial accounting transactions related to transportation, freight, fuel, and fleet machinery operations.

  • Verify and process incoming supplier invoices, delivery logs, and third-party logistics bills within required timelines.

  • Coordinate stock movements with warehouse and procurement units to maintain highly accurate inventory records.

  • Log, monitor, and analyze fleet operational expenses, fuel efficiency metrics, and heavy equipment utilization rates.

  • Reconcile vendor accounts statement balances and resolve commercial billing discrepancies directly with suppliers.

  • Execute month-end ledger closing procedures, general account reconciliations, and specialized logistics financial reports.

Core Competencies

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Systems Proficiency: Hands-on expertise using major enterprise ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Focus) alongside advanced Microsoft Excel frameworks.

  • Technical Insights: Firm grasp of cost control methods, inventory accounting systems, accounts payable protocols, and UAE corporate reporting regulations.

  • Availability: Candidates who are available to start immediately are highly preferred.
