Position Profile

AY Chartered Accountants is looking for an analytical and strategic Manager – Taxation & Audit to direct its professional client advisory teams across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Operating entirely on-site, this senior leadership role focuses on executing multi-industry financial audits, managing UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance, structuring transfer pricing portfolios, and spearheading complex ERP and e-invoicing rollouts.

Main Duties

  • Orchestrate full-cycle taxation and corporate audit assignments for a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.

  • Deliver advanced technical advisory services regarding UAE direct and indirect taxation frameworks, focusing specifically on Corporate Tax and VAT rules.

  • Inspect, audit, and approve client financial statements to ensure complete alignment with IFRS requirements.

  • Develop, formalize, and maintain robust transfer pricing strategies and supporting compliance documentation.

  • Oversee the integration of secure digital e-invoicing pipelines and provide accounting oversight during enterprise ERP migrations.

  • Manage high-level stakeholder relations, translate financial risks to corporate executives, and mentor internal accounting staff.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Credentials: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.

  • Domain Expertise: Profound technical mastery of UAE tax legislation, IFRS accounting rules, and standard corporate financial auditing methods.

  • Technical Savvy: High comfort level working with modern ERP architectures and digital tax filing mechanisms.
