This role is ideal for an individual with prior medical reception experience who is committed to delivering outstanding patient service while supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.

Core Duties

  • Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar efficiently.

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring strict medical confidentiality.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to healthcare professionals and clinic staff.

  • Assist patients and their families with registration and general clinic procedures.

  • Ensure the reception area remains organized to provide a positive patient experience.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Industry Background: Proven experience within the healthcare industry; direct exposure to children with special needs or general pediatric rehabilitation is a major asset.

  • Core Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities paired with exceptional customer service skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general front desk administrative procedures.

  • Systems Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of medical reception operations, appointment scheduling, and patient record management systems.
